Congratulations to Benito Barrera for winning the Facebook photo contest! The photo was taken of his wife and their German Shepherds on the 5K trail. We loved the confidence and optimism that affirm NAMI’s Stigmafree message.

NAMI-WCI will be closed all day 10/26 and 10/27 to facilitate moving to first floor.  New office will be located at 1-906. Office hours will remain M-Th 9:00 am – 3:00 pm and Fri 9:00 am – 1:00 pm.

Nami West Central Indiana was recognized today at the NAMI Indiana State conference. Pam Weaver & Steve Rupert were recognized for the Media & Community Awareness award, while Astrid Hastak was presented the Presidents Award for her innovation, and bringing stakeholders in the community together among all the programs she started! Jason Huber and Andrew Wiese were also nominated for awards as well.
